Flower Soft class, Hydrangea class repeat and other news...

Wow, what a lovely day today and a good break from the heat! The pool actually felt nice instead of feeling like bath water :)

Lots of people have been asking me about the Flower Soft class coming up on 8/14, so I wanted to show you the first card sample as well as the set that you will be getting. Yes, that's right...you will get the stamp set we will be using for the cards in the Flower Soft class! It is a pretty and versatile gate stamp set made by Flower Soft. It comes as unmounted rubber, so I will show you how to mount and trim the stamps. You will also be getting the EZ Mount cling foam along with your stamp sets. This wonderful product has strong adhesive on one side which adheres to your rubber and cling on the other side which clings to your acrylic blocks. We will be making 3 cards in the class as well. There are only 12 spots total in this class, and some spots are already taken, so if you are interested call the store soon so you don't miss out. I will post the other 2 class cards soon.Photobucket

This coming Sunday is the repeat of the Dogwood class. There are a few seats left and if you cannot make it a kit is available. You will have to do the coloring on your own.

Good news for those that did not get to take the Hydrangea class this past weekend. I will be teaching it again on Saturday, September 4th. If you are not able to make it on 9/4 but would like a kit, please call the store to sign up and I will make you a kit. Please keep in mind that you will need to color the images on your own, the images are not colored in for you when you get a kit. Otherwise, everything is in the kit for you to create the cards.

On Saturday August 28th I will be teaching a card class using the gorgeous clear poppy stamps from Hero Arts. Stay tuned to the blog for samples.

And let's not forget about Demo Day. Our next one is Saturday August 21st and I am currently working on a little beauty for that using stamps from Amuse's "Everything's Rosey" release.

Thanks to everyone that has been taking my classes!! It is so fantastic to share something that I love doing with others that love doing it just as much.

Hope to see you soon,
Cindy
